Naveenkumar Kabra is a Director of Audit & Advisory at Spectrum Auditing and also holds the position of partner at SBC Tax Consulting LLC, who comes with an extensive 22-year career in Audit, Advisory, and Taxation. He is a Chartered Accountant from India and an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) from the UK. Mr. Kabra has worked in senior roles across the industrial sector in the UAE and with Big 4 consulting firm Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC). His expertise includes deep technical knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP. Over the last fifteen years, he has specialized in consultancy, particularly focusing on Tax and Business Advisory services, including VAT Advisory, Corporate Tax, and Corporate Finance.

His leadership roles as Director, CEO, and Project Manager across diverse sectors and countries have equipped him with exceptional skills in operations management, strategic planning, and business development. At Spectrum Auditing, he drives operational efficiencies and HR strategies, contributing to organizational growth and success in Dubai, UAE. Ahmed Sultan

Local Partner

Ahmed Sultan holds an Audit Certificate from the Ministry of Economy, UAE, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from United Arab Emirates University. With over a decade of experience in auditing and financial management, he began his career at the Central Bank of the UAE in 2011, where he progressed to the role of Auditor. In 2017, he founded Spectrum Auditing in Dubai, UAE, which, along with its associate company Spectrum Accounting LLC, provides specialized services in auditing, accounting, and VAT. His expertise and leadership drive the firm’s commitment to delivering excellence in financial and regulatory compliance.

Vamshi Krishna Aleti

Satish Kumar Jeksani is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of comprehensive experience in accounting, taxation, and audit. After successfully managing his own consultancy in India for 12 years, he transitioned to the UAE, where he has been associated with Spectrum for the past 2 years. As the lead for the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Region at Spectrum, Jeksani specializes in financial audits, internal audits, UAE Corporate Tax (CT), VAT laws, and CFO services. Jeksani ensures compliance, enhances operational efficiency, and provides strategic financial management solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.

Accounting & CFO Services Manager

Narendra Kottu is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 12 years of extensive experience in CFO services and industry leadership roles across UAE and India. He has a proven track record of driving financial transformation, implementing robust accounting ecosystems, and enhancing organizational workflows. His expertise spans setting up accounting ecosystems, developing and automating internal controls, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies & Procedures, and advancing corporate governance practices. Narendra is adept at conducting internal audits, financial and data analysis, and process automation, ensuring compliance with local and international laws.

CA Sai Kumar Reddy Kaku

Audit & Assurance Manager

Sai Kumar Reddy Kaku is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in external audit, internal controls. He worked in Deloitte India in his earlier stint before he decided to join Spectrum Auditing. He has led statutory audits, SOX testing, and internal financial control assessments for software and retail companies under AS, IND AS, and IFRS. Sai served as Field Senior in major audits, including a European companies and IT firms. He excels in risk assessment, compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and mentoring teams, consistently delivering quality audits under tight deadlines.
