Mr. Balaram, is a Chartered Accountant from India. He is the founder of Spectrum Group and has been instrumental for the growth of a strong professional team in providing high-quality services to the clients.

He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, Advisory. He has previously worked in Big 4 consulting (PriceWaterhouseCoopers, KPMG & Deloitte) and as well in Industry. Over the last 10 years he has been in UAE, in the audit & taxation practice. He has vast knowledge in US GAAP, IFRS and performed financial reporting, Auditing for different industry sectors.

He is a well accomplished trainer on Audit & Tax topics. Conducted more than 200 sessions on UAE VAT Law, and as well recently organized training sessions on Corporate Tax Law.

Mr. Manish is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) having 20 years’ experience. Worked with Big4 consulting firm (PwC, EY, Deloitte) in Risk Advisory Services. He has worked globally in India, USA, UK, Middle East Region (UAE & Oman) and West Africa. His expertise includes in the field of Governance, Risk, Compliance & Taxation. He has served diversified industry sectors including, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer, Oil & Gas, Engineering Services, Logistics, Third Party Banking Services. He has experience in providing consulting services to large size clients, such as Frito-Lay’s, Bunge, Sony Electronics, Diageo, Indorama, Adani Enterprise, RAY International, Jindal group, Cadila Pharmaceuticals. He is a well accomplished trainer on Audit, Governance Risk, & Tax topics in UAE.

Mr. Ahmed, has over 13 years experience in the field of Audit & Taxation. He is an Audit Certificate holder issued by the Ministry of Economy, United Arab Emirates. He is also a degree holder in Bachelor’s in Accounting issued by United Arab Emirates University. He has passed the Tax Agent examination conducted by the Federal Tax Authority, UAE.

He has been working in the Central Bank of the UAE over the last 12 years in the Audit division. He has been striving towards achieving excellence in providing auditing, accounting and Valued Added Tax services in Dubai, UAE through Spectrum Auditing and its associates.

Mr. Velu, is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, Advisory. He has in depth experience and knowledge of financial control, financial reporting, auditing, banking, financial planning & analysis and commercial due diligence. His experience spread across Media & Broadcasting, Spinning Mills, Construction, Hospitality, Management Consultancy with 14 years in the Middle East Region. He has excellent knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP and complex accounting & reporting.

Mr. Naveen, is a Chartered Accountant from India and ACMA from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He has over 18 years experience in the field of Audit, Advisory & Taxation. He has previously worked in Big 4 consulting (PriceWaterhouseCoopers) and as well senior positions in the Industrial sector in UAE. He has technical knowledge in IFRS & US GAAP.

His expertise includes providing financial & business leadership, strategic consultation, and guidance, internal audits, implementing cost control measures for improvement in topline and bottom-line, raising funds with very healthy relations with the banks in UAE and abroad, IPO assistance possessing full knowledge of entire process of IPO, dealing with banks/lawyers/auditors/analysts etc.

Mr. Venkat, is a Certified Tax Practitioner in India. He has over 18 years experience in the field of Taxation & Compliance. His experience is in the advisory of new business setup, accounting services, payroll services, tax return filing, accounting automation and outsourcing services in India.

He has helped over 450 start-ups to set up their business in India, served over 18000 clients, filed over 5000 tax returns for individuals & business over the last 10 years.

Mr. Mithilesh, is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has over 15 years experience in the field of International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, Business Advisory & Litigation. Previously associated with a Big 4 firm in transfer pricing and international taxation domain.

He is a transfer pricing specialist, advising multinational clients on three-tier documentation, transfer pricing litigation support and representations, structuring of complex intercompany transactions, alternate dispute resolutions (including APA, MAP, and Safe Harbour), BEPS advisory, and valuations for arm's length determination for TP purposes. He provides expertise in advising clients in UAE on Corporate Taxation including Transfer Pricing regulations as per OECD.

Mr. Trinand, is a Chartered Accountant from India, based in Muscat, Oman. He has over 20 years experience in the field of Audit, Taxation & Financial Advisory. He leads Audit & Assurance practice in Oman.

He has diverse industry exposure including oil & gas, banking, manufacturing, public utility services, insurance, FMCG, construction and IT & ITES.

Mr. Vamshi, has completed an Integrated professional competence course from the Institute of chartered Accountants of India. He holds a bachelor degree in Commerce with Computer Application.

Dedicated and resourceful professional with 7 years of experience across Accounting, UAE Value Added Tax (VAT), Indian Taxation, Auditing and operations management and client servicing offering a range of services entailing Client Management, Planning and development program for the client etc.

He has been involved in several Business consultancy assignments of company formation, liquidation & Company Secretarial Services.

Mr. Gangadhar, holds a degree in bachelor of commerce, and Master of Business Administration in Finance.

He has 7 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting and Taxation. He has experience in IFRS & US GAAP reporting standards. He has worked on several USA client assignments in preparation & financial reporting as per US GAAP and IFRS.

Mr. Narendra, is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has over 8 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounting & Taxation, Since last 2 years he has been working in UAE.

He has experience in IFRS & US GAAP reporting standards and UAE VAT assignments. He has helped clients in setting up their Accounting System, compliance framework, and has been CFO Advisor.

MrRaviteja, is a Chartered Accountant from India. He has over 6 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounting & Taxation, He has previously worked with Big4 Consulting (PriceWaterhouseCoopers). For the last 3 years he has been working in the UAE.

He is well versed with IFRS & US GAAP reporting standards & has been part of various auditing assignments. Also worked on several VAT assignments in the UAE.

Mr. Rashid, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has over 4 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounting & Taxation, Since last 2 years he has been working in UAE.

He has experience in IFRS reporting standards and UAE VAT assignments. He has served clients for Auditing of Financials and UAE VAT review, reconciliations & return filing.

Ms. Pratiksha, is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant, over 5 years experience in financial audits, VAT and compliances.

She has experience in preparing projected financials as required by various financial institutions. Maintaining accounting records, preparing accounts and management information are also the fields in which she has worked with. She has worked on several Internal Audit Assignments in the UAE.

Mr. Shafeek holds a degree in bachelor of commerce, and Master of Business Administration in Finance.

He has 7 years of experience in Accounting and Value Added Tax (VAT). In UAE, he has handled several assignments on VAT reconciliations, its return filing, and Accounting works in Tally, Zoho Books, as well as preparation of financials. He has performed Accounting & prepared Financial for Service sector, Retail, and Traders group.

Ms Sangeeta, holds a holds degree in bachelor of commerce, and Master of Commerce. She has 10 years of experience in in Accounting, and Administration. She heads the Admin function of Spectrum, for scheduling business proposal meeting with client, and office administration.

Mr. Praveen, holds a degree in bachelor of commerce.

He has 8 years of experience in Accounting , Value Added Tax (VAT) and GST (India). He has handled several assignments on VAT reconciliations, its return filing, and Accounting works in Tally, Zoho Books, as well as preparation of financials.

Mr. Manjunath holds bachelor of commerce, and Master of Business Administration in Finance. He has 5 years of experience in Accounting , Auditing, and Value Added Tax (VAT). In UAE, he has handled several assignments on VAT reconciliations, its return filing, and Accounting works in Tally, Zoho Books, as well as preparation of financials. Ms. Amrutha, holds bachelor of commerce, and Master of Commerce degree. She has diploma in GCC VAT and Indian GST.

She has 3 years of experience in Accounting , and Value Added Tax (VAT). In UAE, she has handled several assignments on VAT reconciliations, its return filing, and Accounting works in Tally, Zoho Books, as well as preparation of financials.

Ms. Sana holds a bachelor degree in Commerce (Accountancy & Finance) from India. She has completed the Common Proficiency Test from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

She has over 5 years of experience in Financial audit, Internal Audit documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) & Value Added Taxation in UAE. She has worked in sectors that include, Service Sector, Education, Hospitality, Contracting, Engineering Services, & other services.

Mr. Prabhakar holds a degree in bachelor of commerce, and Master of Commerce.

He has 16 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting and Taxation. In the past he worked for 12 years in a multinational organization (ITC Limited) in India, in the Treasury function.

Mr. Nikhil holds a degree in bachelor of commerce, and Master of Business Administration in Finance.

He has 3 years of experience in Accounting and Value Added Tax (VAT). In UAE, he has handled several assignments on VAT reconciliations, its return filing, and Accounting works in Tally, Zoho Books, as well as preparation of financials. He has performed Accounting & prepared Financial for Service sector, Pharmaceuticals and Traders group. He has been part assignment for AML compliances and Economic Substance Regulations (ESR).

Mr. Babins holds a bachelor of commerce, and Master of Business Administration in Finance.

He has 4 years of experience in Accounting , Auditing, and Value Added Tax (VAT). In UAE, he has handled several assignments on VAT reconciliations, its return filing, and Accounting works in Tally, Zoho Books, as well as preparation of financials. He has performed Financial Audits for Service sector, Retail, and Traders group.

Mr. Lakhsman holds a degree in bachelor of commerce, and Master of Business Administration in Finance. He has completed IPCC Group 1 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).

Mr. Arens holds a bachelor degree in Commerce & ACCA level 6 out 13. He has over 5 years of experience in Financial audit, Internal Audit documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) & Value Added Taxation in UAE. Worked in Big 4 Consulting (Ernst & Young) for their clients in India & UAE.

Worked in sectors that include, Service Sector, Education, Hospitality, Contracting, Engineering Services, Banking Services & other services.

A management professional with 20 years industry experience. Involved in setting up and running startups as well as working as a consultant in various advisory roles for SME companies. Is involved in working with NGO's apart from being a management and administration expert and an avid traveller.
