DMCC Companies audit – reminder on deadline to submit the Audited Financial Statements (AFS)/ audit report for the year ended 31 December 2019 by all the companies in DMCC
DMCC has sent the following reminder with respect to submitting the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 by all the members of DMCC on or before 27th September 2020 to avoid any issues.
“Please be advised that as communicated to all DMCC member companies it was agreed that the latest date for submission of 31st December 2019 AFS for applicable DMCC member companies would be 27th September 2020.
In this respect, we would be grateful if you could ensure that the audit for all such companies is satisfactorily completed and correctly submitted by 27th September 2020.
As previously advised to member companies, all companies not submitting their AFS by this date will incur a sanction on their portal account, and therefore may not be able to submit any form of request including renewal of license until AFS has been submitted.”
Spectrum Auditing is a DMCC approved auditor to be able to perform the audits of any DMCC member company in line with the requirements of DMCC. These financial statements are audited by following the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)
