As per the directive from Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) Authority the regulator of Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) free zone  – it has issued a public statement mandating submission of audited financial statements at the time of commercial license renewal for all entities with legal frame as “Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC)”. The Audited Financial Statement submission for DHCC will be effective from 1^st March 2021 onwards. This Audited Financial Statement has to be submitted at the time of renewal of DHCC license and those business who do not have Audited Financial Statement at the time of renewal have to fill and submit “Financial Statements – Summary Sheet” (which is provided in this page here for download) provided by Dubai Healthcare City Authority – Regulatory.
