ESR Notification circular for JAFZA companies
Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA) has released the ESR Notification circular for JAFZA companies to be complied with for all those entities which are conducing the Relevant Activities under Economic Substance Regulations.
Following is the guidance released by JAFZA to be followed by all the JAFZA based companies to be followed while submitting the ESR Notification with JAFZA:
