Here, we are presenting you with the process involved in filing information pertaining to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) in United Arab Emirates (UAE):   What all documents need to be filed or submitted?
  • Copy of commercial license
  • Copy of Memorandum of Association
  • Copy of commercial register
  • An official letter signed and stamped by the company, stating the names of correct real partners and other details; name, nationality, contact details, address, passport details etc. and that the company bears legal responsibility for the registered data.
  How to file: You have an option to upload the documents either online or in person with outside service centers.   How to submit online:
  • Go to the website ded.ae
  • Go to Eservices

  • Click on Add/Modify Beneficiary
  • Login with UAE Pass
